OPTION 1: SMARTPHONE APP

ENABLING SALES FORCE. The smartphone app «smartLENS» is the ideal companion for the sales force, for the broker in the consultation, the employee at the «point of sales» (POS), i.e. where the customer contact takes place. The app is available for iOS or Android devices, including the iPad.

The smartLENS app includes white labeling capabilities, as an example, you could adjust the appearance such that it matches your company’s logo. A lot more options are available. Best of all, you can create and manage your company-specific use cases yourself. The configuration takes place in the admin panel, where a wide range of ready-made use cases for the insurance and automotive industries are provided.

OPTION 2: BROWSER EXTENSION

ENABLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Customer service is typically busy with a plethora of forms, inquiries, and feedback throughout the year. These forms usually reach customer service in the form of PDF files or images. As an example, these images could be claims or insurance policies that are the basis for a counter offer. All of this means very time-consuming and error-prone work.

We need a better, user-friendly and error-free solution. «BOTS4ME meets Chrome» is an extension for all « Cromium-based » browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Opera. Once activated, the extension recognizes a large number of valuable business-relevant content and extracts it quickly.

With the teach-in functionality, the automatically extracted content can also be transferred directly to the web forms of the in-house web solution. It really doesn’t get any easier than this.
